“May we meet each other with kindness as we are”

Hi, I’m Justin.

I`m a registered counsellor with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia), based in Kingscliff, NNSW, offering a calm, grounded space for people navigating grief, anxiety, overwhelm, or major life changes.

My approach is warm, mindful, and relational. I draw from person-centred values, reflective-based therapy, somatic awareness of the body, and contemporary psychotherapy. I blend evidence-based tools with a steady presence and deep listening.

Before counselling, I spent many years in meditation practice and in creative work, experiences that taught me about presence, compassion, and how people make meaning in their lives.

I work with adults and teens (16+) to help understand themselves more deeply, to move through painful experiences, or to reconnect with what matters most. Each person I meet comes with their own shape, story, and way of being in the world. There is real value in your uniqueness and in recognition of the deeper human experience we all share.

  • May we be safe and protected from inner and outer harm. May we be truly happy and deeply peaceful. May we be healthy and strong, and physically at ease. May we take care of ourselves, and live with well-being.

  • "Healing begins the moment we listen kindly to the body"

  • "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"
